The Tesla CEO asked why the Justice Department haven’t revealed the Epstein/Maxwell client list

Elon Musk took to Twitter Saturday to ask if anyone was bothered by how quiet the „leaking“ Justice Department is when it comes to the Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell.

Musk, the CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, said the DOJ, which grew notoriety for leaking under former President Donald Trump, was remarkably silent about the deceased convicted pedophile.

„Only thing more remarkable than DOJ not leaking the list is that no one in the media cares,“ Musk tweeted.

Governors grade Joe Biden: ‘Solid’ D, and ‘I’m trying to be generous there’

Governors from across the United States gave President Biden a „failing“ or „poor“ review, and a „generous“ D when asked to grade his White House performance, citing a lack of communication, inflation and the botched withdrawal from Afghanistan.

„I think this is a failing administration, and I think it’s a real shame,“ Gov. Doug Ducey, R-Ariz., told Fox News Digital at the National Governors Association (NGA) winter meeting in Washington, D.C.

Gov. Greg Gianforte, R-Mont., labeled Biden’s performance as simply an „F.“

„I’m going to give the Biden administration a solid D,“ Gov. Chris Sununu, R-N.H., said. „And I’m trying to be generous there.“

President Biden is pledging to nominate a Supreme Court justice based on whether that person is Black and female, despite filibustering a similar landmark nominee for the District of Columbia federal appeals court, the panel on „The Five“ discussed Monday.

On „The Five,“ host Dana Perino – a former spokeswoman for the Justice Department and White House during the Bush administration – recalled how Democrats so fervently opposed the nomination of then-California Supreme Court Justice Janice Rogers Brown, a Black woman who grew up in heavily-segregated Alabama, to the high-profile D.C. circuit court of appeals.

„I would just like to take a quick trip down memory lane — if Democrats really wanted to see a Black woman elevated to the Supreme Court, why did they block Janice Rogers Brown back during the Bush administration?“ she asked, noting that she was working within the nominating process at the time.
